Trust is the foundation of every successful nonprofit. At Friends of Flagstaff High School, we believe donors and members deserve full clarity about who we are, how we're organized, and how we report to the IRS.

Our IRS Status

FOFHS is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational organization with EIN 81-1108760, granted tax-exempt status in February 2016. We file an annual Form 990-N e-Postcard with the IRS, confirming our continued operation and gross receipt levels.

What Is Form 990-N?

Organizations with gross receipts of $50,000 or less per year file Form 990-N — a simplified annual notice rather than a full financial report. This is standard for small nonprofits and confirms to the IRS that the organization remains active and in compliance.

Our most recent filing covers the tax period July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, with Principal Officer Jacquline Aldridge listed and organization status marked as active (not terminated).
